As data keeps getting uploaded in an SAP ERP package, over time there is a danger of encountering such problems as data overflow, increasing transaction processing times and receding performance efficiency. To avoid such problems, we see to it that the old and data not needed anymore be removed through the process of data archiving. The removed data is then at on offline location by us.

This allows only the needed data to be kept in databases and servers by the ERP users so as to run it efficiently.
